An up-to-date geothermal heating system to provide cool-weather comfort along with updated full-size bathrooms and a kitchen for modern day conveniences.
If, after arriving at Emil Bach House, you find yourself having a hard time leaving, you’re not alone. Many guests check in all ready for a weekend adventure in the city yet, after looking around and settling in, they discover themselves mysteriously attached to their home away from home, even making excuses to stay put. Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1915 Prairie gem has that effect on people.

Emil Bach House has 2 bedrooms and 1 study, which sleep a total of 6 guests. In each cozy bedroom you’ll find a pillow-top mattress with plush linens, as well as a dedicated, full-size, modern bath.
Kitchen & Dining
Cook your favorite meals in an updated, fully functional kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils for 6 people. Guests have access to a stove, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave.
Lounge & Gathering Areas
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in our screened-in porch and unwind in the evening by the fireplace. Our outdoor spaces also allow guests to spend the afternoon out on the patio, porch, or Japanese tea house & gardens.
